Delivery

All of our orders come with free delivery with DPD, with Next Day service when the parcel has been shipped.

All of our products are made-to-order which usually takes between 3-4 working weeks. Once your product has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number, to allow you to track your order.

Refund Policy

All of our pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted to order, ensuring each item is created with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Because every order is made specifically for you, we are unable to offer full refunds. However, should you wish to cancel or return your order, we are able to provide a 75% refund of the purchase price.

This policy allows us to continue offering beautifully crafted, made-to-order pieces while maintaining the quality, craftsmanship, and personalised service that define our brand.
